The safety of our employees and anyone performing work at our sites is one of GDELS’ key priorities

Each of our sites has professionally-run environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs to ensure our facilities operate safely and comply with company programs and practices to prevent any environmental impacts.

Each site identifies risks and opportunities and develops annual objectives to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

  1. Knowledge Sharing Program

    We have an active knowledge sharing program that includes experts from each site dedicated to best practice sharing among sites and continuous improvement.

  2. Cross Functional Audit Team

    We have a dedicated cross functional audit team that monitors adherence to our standard practices on an annual basis and drives improvement.

Employee Participation

In order to promote employee participation, we have launched the “One employee, one idea” program, encouraging employees to provide their ideas for improving processes and increasing efficiency.
