DURO

The name DURO stands for DUrable and RObust. With more than 4000 vehicles in service, the DURO is renown for its safety and reliability, even in the most challenging of terrains.

Vehicle Concept

Functional Design

The revolutionary DURO design focuses on easy handling and maintenance as well as utmost reliability.

Tailored to the Challenge

The DURO is a highly mobile, all-terrain tactical vehicle, available in 4x4 and 6x6 configurations and with different levels of protection.

Modularity
Flexible Chassis-Cab

With its unique modular construction, the DURO can be customized for many different roles. Alternative superstructures on the DURO chassis-cab in 4x4 or 6x6 include troop transport and logistics, command and control, ambulance, military police, or fire truck. Different levels of protection can be integrated.

Mobility
Superior Vehicle Handling

With excellent on-road characteristics, the DURO reveals its full potential off-road. The De-Dion axles are supported by a patented stabilizer system that allows long wheel travel off-road, at the same time restricting body roll on-road.

This unique axle system offers superior driving safety and maximum traction for difficult conditions. The DURO easily masters gradients of up to 70%. In-board ventilated disc brakes with 2-mode ABS provide excellent deceleration.

Payload
Logistics Enabler

The DURO is a versatile carrier for personnel, material, and specific mission kits. In the 4x4 version, it features a payload of two tons or up to 14 seats. Troop transport variants can be configured to also carry Euro pallets.
